Scope¶
This transcription follows all 28 ordered reader images in Chapter 121. It resolves Chiho’s first punch, shows Sera’s undercover evidence tactic, and reveals the background that made her Hwa-jin’s choice for the agency.
Sequence 1 — The punch does not land as expected¶
Sera’s supervisor shouts that she should not have become involved. Chiho is confused: Sera remains standing and appears unharmed. She asks whether the movement was too fast for him to see and offers to show him again.
Sera has redirected, slipped, or otherwise neutralized the blow while striking Chiho in return. She demands that he explain what he just did to her. Chiho tries to deny that he wore anything on his hand.
Sera points directly to the knuckle weapon and connects it to the hospitalized girl’s facial wounds.
DON’T PLAY DUMB! I SAW EVERYTHING!
YOU DID THAT TO THE GIRL’S FACE TOO, DIDN’T YOU?!
She orders him to hand over the object in his pocket.
Sequence 2 — Chiho invokes student rights¶
Chiho abruptly changes rhetorical strategies. He complains that the weapon is his personal property and cites the Student Human Rights Ordinance, asking whether an adult may search his belongings without consent.
Sera mocks the contradiction: a violent student is appealing to procedural rights the instant those rights protect him.
Chiho asks whether anyone actually witnessed him attacking the hospitalized girl. Sera says she was hit with the knuckles and points to “warm blood” as immediate evidence. The blood is Chiho’s, collected during her counterattack, but the confrontation now gives the agency possession of the weapon and a witnessed assault.

She orders Lee Chiho to follow her to the teachers’ office.
Sequence 3 — Supervisor and rookie argue¶
Afterward, the supervisor finds Sera perched in a dangerous position and orders her down. Sera compares herself to a child manhwa character and dismisses the risk.
The supervisor checks her face. Sera claims that strength, dense bones, and healing ability run in her family. She asks whether she is about to be fired.
The supervisor instead admits that Sera performed her assigned role exceptionally well: she entered as a student, found the hidden victims, exposed the extortion, and forced the tyrant to reveal his weapon.
YOUR ROLE IS TO LOOK FOR VICTIMS HIDING THROUGH THE LENSES OF A STUDENT.

The senior says she will handle the formal investigation from this point onward and tells Sera to observe.
Sequence 4 — Sera’s theory of tyrants¶
Sera doubts that ordinary agency punishment will change Chiho. He has already been through juvenile detention three times. Being beaten by an adult authority will allow him to preserve his pride by blaming an unfair system.
She argues that people like him must lose to someone they consider comparable.
THAT TYPE OF PERSON MUST GET BEATEN BY PEOPLE SIMILAR TO HIM!

Sera explains her own history. She graduated from a terrible high school, remained unemployed for a year, and had roughly one hundred applications rejected. She nevertheless assumed the Teacher’s Rights Protection Agency would accept her immediately because of the one achievement on her résumé.
Sequence 5 — Chiho gathers spectators¶
Chiho refuses to submit quietly. He summons students to the rooftop and announces that he will show everyone what happens to anyone—boy or girl—who acts disrespectfully toward him. The event is treated like a live broadcast of punishment.
Sera deliberately appears. Chiho says she was hit earlier and will be hit again. He attacks in front of the entire crowd.
A single counterblow drops him unconscious. Students stare in disbelief.
CHIHO PASSED OUT!
HE COLLAPSED IN ONE BLOW!
Sera looks down and calls him weak.
Sequence 6 — The résumé¶
The supervisor finally opens Sera’s résumé. Most of it is unremarkable: twenty years old, high-school education, no university, and a retired unemployed father named Gu Ryonghak.
The experience section contains only one line:
1ST AT GANGSAN HIGH SCHOOL
Students recognize the name immediately. Gangsan High is the worst of the country’s notorious out-of-control schools. Sera was not simply enrolled there; she ranked first at its violent social peak.
The chapter ends with the declaration:
WE SHOULD CONTINUE, SHOULDN’T WE~?
End-of-chapter continuity note¶
Chapter 121 explains why Hwa-jin chose Sera despite her immaturity. She can see hidden violence as a student, physically survive the environment, and dismantle a tyrant’s social authority in front of the witnesses who sustain it. Her résumé leads directly into the history of Gangsan High in Chapter 122.

- Sera’s counter is drawn too quickly for Chiho to understand. His own blood becomes the “warm evidence” she displays while she maintains the public fiction that his weapon connected.
- Chiho’s immediate appeal to student rights is not dismissed as meaningless; the scene exposes how rights language can be selectively invoked by a person who denies those rights to others.
- The supervisor’s praise separates Sera’s valid undercover work from her excessive desire to personally discipline Chiho.
- Chiho deliberately gathers an audience for the rematch because authority is social. Sera accepts for the same reason: a private arrest would not free the classmates psychologically.
- The one-blow knockout is followed by reaction panels from students who had treated him as untouchable.
- Sera’s résumé lists ordinary biographical details, then one extraordinary experience line. “First at Gangsan High” functions like a combat credential that the adults initially failed to understand.
