Scope¶

This transcription follows all 28 ordered reader images in Chapter 122. It explains Sera’s title at Gangsan High, continues her systematic humiliation of Lee Chiho, and establishes the personal precedent behind her strategy.

Sequence 1 — The three notorious schools¶

Narration defines the “top three notorious schools”: high schools known nationwide for decadent atmospheres and extreme students.

Guwoon Technical High became associated with the “Guwoon Mongolian Armed Forces” meme that spread across Incheon. Gangsan High was considered the worst, inheriting generations of motorcycle gangs. Five years earlier, Gangsan students caused a nationally reported gas-station explosion.

Against that history, one girl entered Gangsan High and conquered it in her first year. For the following three years, the school produced no external incidents or accidents and began developing a respectable reputation.

The narration introduces her as the absolute monarch who forced every troublesome delinquent to kneel:

Sequence 2 — Sera continues the rooftop fight¶

The confrontation with Lee Chiho resumes. Sera asks whether he wants to continue and calls the fight “GG” when he begins to falter. Chiho cannot understand how a smaller girl possesses such strength and endurance.

The supervising agent observes that Sera has the speed and reactions to avoid Chiho’s attacks entirely. Instead, she deliberately allows apparent contact and answers each strike with a controlled “one touch.”

The method is reckless, but it visibly demonstrates the difference in class to every watching student. Chiho cannot dismiss the loss as adult interference or a surprise arrest.

Sera reminds him that he never stopped extorting and stealing from students. He assumed he would never be beaten. His true outrage is not pain but humiliation: the day he finally lost was today, and the person who beat him was a girl.

She declares him her exclusive slave and says he must obey anything she orders.

Sequence 3 — The rules of Chiho’s new life¶

Sera destroys or confiscates the weapon with exaggerated ease, prompting a joke that she is a master blacksmith or “Ferghus” from the game Vindictus.

She imposes a series of prohibitions:

no possession of weapons;
no collecting money;
no gambling;
no hostile or “upsetting” gaze;
immediate compliance with errands and time limits.

Chiho is forced to bring food within an impossible deadline. When he complains that heating it makes the time limit impossible and tries to give Sera an expired item, she punishes the defiance. The once-untouchable tyrant is reduced to the same humiliating service he demanded from classmates.

Sequence 4 — The senior warns Sera¶

At short-term accommodation used by dispatched agents, Sera’s supervisor asks whether she has been enjoying herself and tells her to reduce the intensity.

Sera says this is how such people must be treated. She tells the story of Jongsoo, a worse delinquent from Gangsan High who returned from juvenile correction believing everyone must fear him. In her view, the only cure is to trample that pride until it burns to ashes.

The women arm-wrestle. The supervisor, who has never lost to men, is astonished by Sera’s power. Sera explains that her father is retired wrestler Gu Ryonghak, once called the undefeated “Great Tiger of Mount Baekdu.” She casually dismisses the legend as a powerless old man at home.

The supervisor nevertheless warns that Chiho may do anything if provoked further.

Sera says not to worry because she already knows what he will do.

Sequence 5 — The precedent of Jongsoo¶

Sera goes out late at night, supposedly to buy banana milk. Her narration returns to Gangsan High. After she publicly humiliated Jongsoo and nicknamed him “Shitty Fella” because he soiled himself, he came to her house at night holding a weapon and swearing to kill her.

Sera notes that Jongsoo used the same words and even the same exclamation as Chiho.

The chapter ends as she turns the story into a quiz: what happened to Jongsoo? The implication is that Chiho’s predictable nighttime retaliation has already begun.

Chapter 122 reframes Sera’s recklessness as a social strategy learned at Gangsan High. She does not merely defeat tyrants physically; she destroys the myth that sustains obedience around them. Her deliberate provocation draws Chiho into the same private revenge attempt once made by Jongsoo, setting up Chapter 123’s knife confrontation.

The history of the notorious schools is presented through newspaper-like images, gangs, motorcycles, fire, and silhouettes. Sera’s school reign is framed almost as an urban legend.
During the continued fight, she does not simply overpower Chiho. She makes him repeat degrading errands and obey rules that mirror the arbitrary demands he imposed on classmates.
The prohibition sequence is lettered like a disciplinary checklist, turning his entire lifestyle—weapon carrying, gambling, extortion, intimidation—into banned behavior.
