Content note¶

The chapter contains coordinated attacks on former bullying victims, public doxxing, fear of reporting abuse, vigilante counterattacks, and the beginning of a government raid on a youth crime organization.

Strips 001–002 — The counter-warning appears to work, then the targets change¶

Hanrim, Sera, and Daniel return to the TRPA office.

Sera praises Na’s idea.

The team sent warnings into the WRECKTRPA group, tracked member movement, and allowed the legal consequences to circulate publicly.

More than half the casual participants have already left.

Hanrim is angry that some team members improvised beyond the planned script, but the immediate result looks favorable.

Then a new post appears.

The campaign has uploaded many wanted posters simultaneously.

The new message promises ten million won for attacking the people shown.

The faces are not inspectors.

Na recognizes one immediately:

KIM KYUNGMIN…?

A photograph shows Kyungmin sitting bloodied after an assault.

Na cracks his phone in his grip.

THEY CROSSED THE LINE.

Strips 003–004 — Former TRPA victims become a national spectacle¶

Park Mari watches the reaction through her phone and smiles.

The series title card follows.

Narration explains that the WRECKTRPA challenge has become a major national issue.

After the inspectors themselves became targets, many members of the public treated the campaign as entertainment and waited to see what would happen next.

Students circulate new challenge missions inside classrooms.

The videos now feature children who once received help from the agency.

Some viewers are disturbed:

WAIT, AREN’T THEY TAKING IT A BIT TOO FAR WITH THIS?

Others laugh that the “nerds” who hid behind the TRPA are finally being put in their place.

Several old cases are explicitly referenced.

Images identify or recall former victims such as:

Lee Sangwook from an earlier chapter,
Choi Hyunwoong from another case,
and Kim Kyungmin, the victim connected to the agency’s first major intervention.

The faces that should have been protected are now content inside a bounty campaign.

Strips 005–006 — Protection cannot cover every moment¶

The police can issue smart watches, patrol near homes, and monitor travel to and from school.

They cannot place officers beside every student during breaks, classes, clubs, and ordinary daily movement.

The agency previously helped more than eighty victims, while only four field inspectors are immediately available.

Hanrim then points to the deeper damage.

The agency’s report board has received no new submission for an entire week.

It previously received dozens of reports every day.

Daniel says he sensed the fear while undercover.

Students whisper that reporting to the TRPA means becoming the next target.

Some ask:

HOW DO WE TRUST THE TRPA NOW…?

Sera asks what they should do if no victim will approach them.

Na makes a decision:

WE WILL PAUSE ALL OF THE CURRENT MISSIONS AS OF NOW.

Sera asks whether the agency is going to disband.

Na answers by ordering the four inspectors to go directly to the former victims’ schools and protect them.

Hanrim protests that four people cannot cover more than eighty students.

Na says they must still do it.

KIDS GOT HURT BECAUSE OF US.

WE NEED TO SAVE AS MANY AS WE CAN.

Mari relaxes beside a swimming pool while monitoring public posts.

Ordinary students and bystanders upload the inspectors’ locations:

Mari laughs that older officials underestimate modern technology.

Seo Changho emerges from the pool and says that, once he becomes leader, he will remove the men he dislikes and build his own “reverse harem.”

Their joking confidence reflects a belief that the agency is already trapped.

Strips 009–010 — The first miscalculation: former victims are not helpless¶

Masked attackers target a tall female student.

She defeats them with powerful throws.

A caption identifies:

PARK EUNHA — SEUNGYEON HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL TEAM CAPTAIN

She is approximately 190 centimeters tall and also practices judo.

At another location, a masked attacker is struck by Jang Gwonhyuk, remembered as the “Guwon monster.”

He says he came because someone asked him to help.

A large former school bully or victim named Shin Jongsu, labeled the “Gangsang High School Pooper,” captures another attacker after receiving a message from an “empress.”

A special-forces instructor connected to Na also joins the protection effort and tells the captured challenge participant that trash like him requires special-forces training.

Narration explains:

SO THE INSPECTORS USED THEIR CONNECTIONS.

Na predicted that their own locations would be exposed through social media.

Instead of relying only on four official inspectors, the agency asked former allies, reformed offenders, strong students, trainers, and family contacts to protect vulnerable targets and apprehend masked attackers.

Hanrim’s gym director, Lim Gwangcheon, punches another masked participant and says his daughter asked him to help.

The first miscalculation is therefore the network created by the agency’s earlier cases. The victims are not isolated names on a list; some are protected by people whose lives were also changed.

Strip 011 — The second and third miscalculations¶

Na meets an injured student who still submitted a report.

He says:

Narration identifies the second thing Mari failed to predict.

The most desperate victims do not care that the challenge is dangerous. When the alternative is continued abuse, they report anyway.

Inside the challenge chat, participants continue leaving.

The intimidation reduces casual complaints, but it also reveals which children urgently need help.

At the pool, Mari notices the group collapsing.

IT’S DONE FOR…

Changho appears behind her and enjoys seeing her smug expression disappear.

Mari says she has used every card and throws her phone into the pool.

She stretches and says the game was fun.

Changho asks what she will do next.

The attackers cannot physically reach every former victim, but the threat alone nearly stops new reports.
