Images 001–022 — Ten days of social collapse¶
Approximately ten days have passed since the TRPA entered Soyeon Girls’ High.
Yeri reads an English passage aloud.
The text describes a heart fashioned for love and sympathy being twisted toward vice and hatred.
Her performance is awkward but more compliant than before.
The class has changed around her.
Teachers can conduct lessons.
Students no longer automatically support every plan Yeri proposes.
When she tries passing a handwritten instruction ordering the class to strike and refuse attendance, Hanrim intercepts it.
She calls an assembly and creates consequences for the group action.
Each failed scheme makes Yeri pay while classmates lose patience.
Images 023–043 — Isolation becomes its own punishment¶
Yeri is blocked during exercises and forced to repeat physical tasks.
Her legs ache and she worries she will not walk properly.
Classmates openly say the TRPA would leave if Yeri stopped causing trouble.
They accuse her of ruining the school.
The girl who once ruled the class like a queen sits alone.
Sunyoung observes that blaming Yeri for everything is also wrong.
The students now reproduce the exclusion they previously directed toward teachers.
The social pendulum has swung rather than disappeared.
Images 044–061 — Na warns Hanrim not to relax¶
Hanrim trains with Na at her gym.
She believes the plan is almost finished.
Yeri has been isolated and will no longer be able to control teachers after the TRPA leaves.
Na warns her not to lower her guard.
If ordinary discipline were sufficient, the school would never have needed the agency.
THERE ARE MONSTERS OUT THERE WHO DEFY COMMON SENSE.
Hanrim remembers Yeri’s apparently weakened expression and wonders whether something still feels wrong.
Images 062–081 — Sunyoung finds Yeri outside an apartment¶
Late at night, Sunyoung encounters Yeri sitting outside a residence.
Yeri appears exhausted, frightened, and ashamed.
She says she knows she behaved badly.
Everyone now treats her like dirt, including teachers.
She does not know how to apologize or make people forgive her.
Sunyoung remembers the educational belief Mr. Go embodied:
- students misbehave for reasons;
- an educator should find the reason;
- and adults should guide the child back.
Sunyoung invites Yeri inside to talk.
Yeri enters with a hidden smile.
Images 082–101 — The teacher walks into the trap¶
Inside the apartment, Yeri suddenly attacks Sunyoung.
She covers the teacher’s mouth, forces her to the floor, and allows student accomplices to enter.
The students restrain Sunyoung.
Yeri reveals that she identified the person who submitted the anonymous TRPA report.
The report website allowed a tip, and someone inside the school had to know enough to send it.
Yeri decided the teacher who displayed sympathy and guilt was the likely source.
Sunyoung realizes that the confession outside the door was bait.
Images 102–123 — Yeri punishes the “rat”¶
Yeri presses Sunyoung’s face to the floor and demands answers.
She asks whether a teacher believes she can sell out one of her own students.
Sunyoung says the agency was necessary because the class had become dangerous.
Yeri says the suffering of Mr. Go and the teachers was only a joke that adults exaggerated.
The accomplices hold objects that can be used to threaten or injure the teacher.
Yeri says the “fun” is over and that someone must pay for calling the TRPA.
The group beats and terrorizes Sunyoung inside her own residence.
Images 124–145 — Hanrim reaches the door¶
Neighbors hear banging and shouting.
Hanrim arrives outside the apartment.
She pounds on the door and calls Yeri’s name.
Inside, the students panic.
Yeri shouts at the neighbor and says everything will become quiet soon.
Hanrim warns that, if the door remains closed when her count ends, she will break it down.

Yeri’s face tightens.
The chapter ends before the final number.
