Strips 001–002 — Can the TRPA investigate adult former bullies?¶
The agency conducts a legal review of Haeran’s case.
Supporters argue that investigating old school-violence cases can restore rights and improve the present educational environment.
Critics argue that the TRPA’s authority exists inside current schools and does not extend to adult workers years after graduation.
The legal answer is uncertain.
Minister Choi Gang-seok ends the debate:

Daniel is assigned as the lead field inspector because the mission already stretches the agency’s jurisdiction.

Strips 003–004 — The hired attackers surrender¶
Daniel quickly disarms and restrains the group without leaving them capable of completing Seoyoung’s plan.
He finds the phone used to coordinate the assault.
Kangju calls Seoyoung under Daniel’s supervision.
Seoyoung asks whether they finished the job and how it went.
The call is answered by the Gangnam police.
The officer says Jang Haeran was assaulted and threatened and that both the victim and the apprehended offenders identified Seoyoung as the person behind it.
Seoyoung erupts:
YOU IDIOTS! YOU JUST KNELT WITHOUT A FIGHT?!
The attackers apologize.
They say Daniel produced handcuffs and behaved like a police officer, so they surrendered immediately.
The police ask Seoyoung to appear at the criminal-investigation unit the next morning.
She offers to come immediately because she lives nearby and expects to talk her way out.
Strips 005–006 — Seoyoung denies everything¶
At the station, Seoyoung acts confused.
She says she has no idea why Kangju would claim she hired him.
Investigators ask about the promised payment.
Kangju says Seoyoung agreed to pay approximately five million won after the job, so no transfer has occurred yet.
Seoyoung reframes the conversation as employment advice.
Kangju had been jobless, she says, and she merely encouraged him to find work.
When police mention that she asked “How did it go?” during the call, she says she thought he had found a job.
She suggests the frightened attackers are dumping responsibility on her to save themselves.

STILL THE SAME PATHETIC LOSER.
She asks whether seeing Yunju’s mother on the news inspired Haeran to play at revenge.
Haeran answers that people who torment others and ruin lives should not continue laughing happily without consequence.
Seoyoung laughs at the brave language because Haeran’s body is visibly shaking.
She says Dabin and Yuni are frightened because ordinary employment can be taken from them.
Seoyoung is different.
I’M FILTHY RICH.
I COULD STAY JOBLESS FOREVER AND STILL BE JUST FINE.
She identifies money as the protection that places her beyond the costs facing the others.
Strips 009–010 — Daniel identifies the root of Seoyoung’s confidence¶
Seoyoung notices Daniel and asks whether he is Haeran’s boyfriend.
She wonders why a man with obvious skill is merely watching.
Daniel says the agency possesses Haeran’s testimony and circumstantial evidence, but he has been observing to identify the root of Seoyoung’s malice.
That root appears to be financial immunity.
Seoyoung does not believe she needs a job, public respect, or institutional approval because family wealth will absorb every consequence.
Daniel decides that the lesson must target that foundation first.
Strip 011 — The boycott reaches Ok Foods¶
Five days later, Seoyoung packs bags for an overseas trip.
She assumes that disappearing for several months will allow the scandal to fade.
She asks her father for approximately ₩100 million to fund a “healing break.”
Then news breaks.
Reporters reveal that the main bully in Haeran’s case is the only daughter of Ok Youngjun, chief executive of Ok Foods, a mid-sized company known for dumplings and frozen products.
Consumers begin discussing a boycott.
The company says Seoyoung has no management role, yet its share price falls by roughly eleven percent.
Investors and customers blame the family connection.
Seoyoung’s father appears outside her room.
The money she treated as untouchable has become vulnerable precisely because she carries the family name.
