Yeongcheol gu

Appearing in s1, ep. 72. The third son of the village head.

A commom bully who tormented Whale and Gyujeong. Has buried Gyujeong in the ground. It is said that he agreed to receive 10% if the village development fund was received. Since the village head was arrested, it seems highly likely that he ended up in juvenile detention center.
